Fordel kikseblandingen i bunden af formen. Pres det godt sammen og s\u00e6t til siden. <br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fl\u00f8deostcreme<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e6t husblas i en sk\u00e5l med koldt vand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland fl\u00f8deost, fraiche, vaniljesukker, flormelis, citron skal og saft og pisk det hele sammen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I en anden sk\u00e5l piskes fl\u00f8den til fl\u00f8deskum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kom husblas i en mindre sk\u00e5l med 1 spsk. fl\u00f8deostcreme. Giv det 15 sekunder i mikroovnen eller opvarm i et vandbad indtil husblasen smelter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kom 1 spsk. fl\u00f8deostcreme i den varme blanding og bland godt. Tils\u00e6t i alt 5-6 spsk. p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de, indtil den varme fl\u00f8deostcreme er nedk\u00f8let. Bland det derefter i den store sk\u00e5l. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vend forsigtigt piskefl\u00f8den med fl\u00f8deostcremen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e6g et stykke kageplast eller bagepapir rundt langs kanten af springformen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld blandingen i formen og sikre dig at toppen er glat, s\u00e5 gelen har en flad top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e6t kagen p\u00e5 k\u00f8l i mindst 2 timer. <br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Citrongel\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e6t husblas i en sk\u00e5l med koldt vand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kom citronsaft, sukker, vand og husblas i en lille gryde og opvarm det indtil husblasen smelter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t derefter gul frugtfarve og s\u00e6t gel\u00e9n p\u00e5 k\u00f8l i ca. 15 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld forsigtigt citrongel\u00e9n p\u00e5 toppen af kagen.
